- Start the day with a fresh fruit juice.
- When you fell ravenous eat bananas because they are highly nutritious. Pick green bananas because the amidine has not turned into sugar. Brown spots on banana peel shows that starch was turned into sugar.
- When you want to lose weight, don’t eat figs and dried fruits: we all know that they are a wonderful source of energy, but they contain a large amount of concentrated sugar, which will stop you to lose weight.
- If you cook fruits (compotes, jams, cookies), their alkalinity becomes acidic
